The flowers of silence is a term I use to describe the virtues of life. Virtues are presented to humans in the forms of seeds, which drop from the sky (the divine). When a person acts with a specific virtue, then the person vibrates energetically on the virtue's frequency. Frequencies create colors, so virtues can be presented in all possible colors. The seeds can also be acquired from the "Tree of Knowledge" or else known as the tree of good and bad (from religious contexts) - but careful must one be if he chooses to grab from the tree, because along with the colored seeds, one may grab "black seeds" - the ones which if you grow in your field, they become passions (the opposite of virtues). The field (the earth) represents a person's spirit. When we incarnate in this life, we are given an empty/dry field - an empty spirit, because it is our responsibility to cultivate it. The special effect that defines the flowers of silence (the virtues) is that you can never see them with your eyes - it is the only way to ensure that the one who advances spiritually will always remain pure in the heart and not be seduced by egoism. Egoism is the voice that tells you, that you've done enough - that it's ok and that today you don't need to cultivate or water the flowers. That you can go out, in the plein field, and enjoy life. If you do, then the water that was supposed to nurture your seeds, it becomes poison, which might destroy them.

The painting is created with acrylic colors, on an unframed 60x60 cm canvas. The canvas is stretched over a 3.5x2 cm wooden frame with double coating. It is 100% cotton, weights 320gr and it is made in Italy. It is signed and dated on the back.
